60-second walkthrough

From missed call to saved lead.

See what the implemented RattleCue flow checks, saves, and reports before you start a trial.

01
A configured call is missed

RattleCue checks that the missed-call event matches the owner-configured forwarded number.

02
The lead is saved first

For an eligible matched event, RattleCue creates a saved lead or reuses the matching lead record before text delivery.

03
The text-back is attempted

The configured business name is used in the text-back, which includes clear Reply STOP opt-out language.

04
Delivery status stays honest

Setup, carrier connection, text-back settings, opt-out state, provider results, or entitlement can prevent or change delivery.

Plumber FAQ

Clear answers before you connect a live carrier.

Pricing, the no-card trial, and the carrier-dependent parts of the text-back flow.

What does RattleCue cost?

The RattleCue plan is $149 per month or $1,490 per year. Prices are shown in USD.

How long is the trial, and do I need a payment card?

The trial lasts 14 days. You can create and verify an owner account to start; no payment card or paid subscription is needed for the trial.

Is live texting connected automatically?

No connection is assumed. Texting and live sending depend on carrier/provider readiness. A live carrier can remain unconnected when required carrier credentials or a provisioned number are missing; live sending becomes connected only when the live connection is available. Sandbox testing is separate.

Can every text be sent?

Not always. Setup, carrier connection, the text-back setting, opt-out state, provider results, or entitlement can prevent or change delivery, and RattleCue reports that state instead of claiming a message was sent.
